What’s the cancellation policy?
There is a 50 percent cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Are deposits refundable?
All deposits are non-refundable.
What if something isn’t right?
There are no refunds, but you get a 72-hour grace period to fix any issues at no charge.
Can I bring a friend or my kids?
No guests or children, please. Come alone and enjoy your time.
Can I pay over time?
Buy now, pay later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and you can get approved before your appointment.
